- Q:I recently received the seat back frame that I ordered from your warehouse. After swapping out all of the items from the old seat back frame to the new one, I noticed that the mounting holes (two on each side) were not threaded to accept the four M10 x 1.5 mounting bolts that connect the seat back to the seat bottom section. I suspect this frame was defective from the manufacturer in that someone failed run a tap through the four holes during the assembly process. I called Customer Service about this issue, and he stated that he could send me a replacement seat back frame. I told him not to until I find out if this is a defect or not. This is why I am emailing you. Unless someone actually puts their hands on another one in stock and verifies that the four holes are threaded before it is shipped, the same unusable part could be sent again. Do you see what I mean? Right now I have a frame that I have spent over $250.00 on and it can't mount to the seat bottom.By Customer with vehicle: 2008 Saturn Outlook 2WD
